2-wing Revolving Door with integrated automatic sliding door and show-cases
This Non-Standard Big two-wing revolving door which mainly comes with an automatic middle sliding door or optionally with swing doors. With show cases, a watertight roof structure or with an air-curtain for numerous options and design executions.
The function can be switched from the automatic revolving door setting to automatic sliding ensuring maximum capacity and ease of movement.
Is available in a wide variety of colors and finishes offers the option of including showcases on the door wings. Located on both ends of the door wings, these showcases can be used to bring the visitor into the mood and setting of your building.

Operation System:
All digital control program system, easy and convenient operator interface. System is Panasonic original system and motor is Lenze from Germany.
Drive System
The control part we use is the newest imported Micro-computer digital controller, motor is original Germany imported, made sure the revolving door operate silent and steady.
Safty system
Anti-Collision Sensor
In case of a person or object obstruction, the system will stop and the door will halt. This sensor is operational at all times.
Anti-Squeeze Sensor
When the from safety switch on the door comes within 700mm of the outer safety rubber (distance can be adjusted), the sensor function becomes active. If there are any people or object obstructions within the limit range at this time, the system will stop and the doors will halt.
Radar
When detecting moving objects, sensor will be activated and the door starts to operate.
Vertical Safety Switch
When detecting moving objects, sensor will be activated and door starts to operate.
Sliding Door Anti-Squeeze Sensor (Ensure the safety of passengers when the sliding door operates)
When operating the sliding door, if the sensor is activated, the sliding doors will automatically reverse direction, avoiding
squeezing the pedestrian.
Photo Cell
Six total. if a pedestrian is sensed, the doors will immediately reduce speed, brake and finally stop.
Foot Sensor (optional)
Installed below the compressible horizontal safety buffer, this sensor helps protect pedestrian.

Our factory is equipped with state of the art hydraulic press brake bending machines, automatic cutting machines for cutting aluminium and MDF boards and complete equipment like drilling, milling, bearing and lamination press machines, processing and manufacturing any type of doors and movable walls as per customer choice.

1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer, our factory covers an area of about 12,000 square meters and the building area is more than 9,600 square meters.
2. Q: What is the price of the movable wall?
A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by square meters, prices vary widely according to thickness of walls and surface finish requirements. Therefore, for acurate quotation we need detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.
3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings.
The partition panels comes in different thickness, and different acoustic rating from 36db to 50 db depending upon the project requirement. We can provide panels with raw MDF or any type of finish such as laminate, veneers, white boards, fabric, pin-boards, painted surfaces etc to compliment your bilding environment and decor.
4.Q: How to install mobile partitions?
A: We provide installation guide services or send technicians as required. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.
5.Q: What is your payment terms?
A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.
6. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
