Ultrahigh Electrically Operated Movable Partitions

Super high type (elevation: 5m-17m) can be called Ultrahigh Movable Partition. It is a common movable partition system for high star hotels, stadium, sport center and gymnastic area etc.   

Ultrahigh heavy duty Steel track system are used when the partition height or weights limit exceed that recommended for the normal aluminum system. Maximum height can reach to 17meters with panel  
weight up to 1300kg, each carrier has four steel wheels with precision ground radial bearing, bearings are inserted into a steel tire, the steel tire rim fully captures the bearings.Carriers cam be programmed
for self-direction and sorting. The track is of formed black painted high stength steel.The track trim cover is clear anodized aluminum. All jucntion tracks are factory assemble andwelded. Minium dimension
from the ceiling to the structure is 550mm.

Technical Feature Description of super large operable partition wall:
1) Thickness panel: 100mm,125mm,  height from 5 meters to 17 meters
2) Top supported without floor track or guide
3) Clear anodized extruded aluminum tracks and frames,customized powder coated color are available
4) Rock wool infill, with top and bottom retractable mechanism in the middle and mdf, plywood or plaster base board on both side. High acoustic ratings up to 55dB available
5) Available in wide range of finishes: melamine faced MDF or Plywood, fabric,carpet, artificial leather, wood veneer, high pressure laminate, Formica, acoustic panel, white boad ect., panels may also be
supplied unfinished for field decoration, Standard frame color is clear anodized aluminum, custom powder coating colors are available.
6) Retractable acoustic seals at top and bottom of each panel operated either by a quick release handle.
7) Junction panels enable corner, three or four way abutments.

1. How to select the suitable movable wall for your site?

We have 5 types of movable wall , 65type , 80type , 100type and 125 ultra-high type . You can choose the right movable wall upon the Height and Soundproof requirement as following,
65 type Max height 3.5m, soundproof: 38dB to 43dB 
80 type Max height:5.5m, Soundproof: 43dB to 53dB 
85 type Max height:5.5m, Soundproof: 43dB to 53dB
100 type Max height:7m, Soundproof: 43dB to 58dB 
125 ultra-height Max height:17m, Soundproof : 38dB to 48dB

2. What you should do on site ?

A beam(truss) should built on site for track installation . The min distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 500mm .

3. How to install ?

We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job . We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request .

4. What is lead time ?

The lead time is 60 days to 90 days .

5. How to transport ?

Sea transport is a common mode of transportation. In an emergency, can be air freight.

6. How do the goods packing ?

Corrugating paper packaging, MDF batten cover all around corner .
The movable wall panel and track, fittings will be packed separately .

7. What is Procurement procedure ?

Firstly , send us the shop drawings(if the shop drawings is not available , you can tell us the height from false ceiling to finished floor and width from wall to wall)
Secondly , we offer you the movable wall layout drawings for your confirmation 
Thirdly , we quote the movable wall in accordance with confirmed drawings.


Packaging Details
Step 1. Protective tape protects frames from scratches;
Step 2. Keep walls or doors fixed on pallets;
Step 3. Tie up walls or doors on the pallets with plastic belts;
Step 4. PE films to keep away from sea water;
Step 5. Put in and tie up in wooden cases.
The packages will ensure the walls and doors arrive at project jobsite in good condition.

1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer, our factory covers an area of about 12,000 square meters and the building area is more than 9,600 square meters.


2. Q: What is the price of the movable wall?

A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by square meters, prices vary widely according to thickness of walls and surface finish requirements. Therefore, for acurate quotation we need detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.


3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?

A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. 
The partition panels comes in different thickness, and different acoustic rating from 36db to 50 db depending upon the project requirement. We can provide panels with raw MDF or any type of finish such as laminate, veneers, white boards, fabric, pin-boards, painted surfaces etc to compliment your bilding environment and decor.

4.Q: How to install mobile partitions?  

A: We provide installation guide services or send technicians as required.  We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.


5.Q: What is your payment terms?

A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.

6. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
