The Movable Partition Walls is aluminum-framed operable partition is the most versatile operable wall constructed today. Partitions are a series of flat panels, approximately range from 600mm(23") to 1200mm(47") wide. They have a wide array of features and options to meet most design and budget requirements. Models are acoustically rated, available in 65mm(2.6") ,80mm(3")or 100mm(4") thick models, and in single, pair hinged configurations. 

The movable wall system are convex and concave sealing profile system. Precision laminated, and pre-finished with vinyl, fabric or other specified finish. Panels are manufactured at various heights up to 16000mm(52'). All vertical and horizontal structural members consist of extruded aluminum components, with a snap-on base made of extruded vinyl. Panels lift into floor and ceiling tracks to form a rigid, uniform wall system that provides excellent sound transmission resistance with a STC rating of 35 to 58dB.

Telescopic sleeve panel
Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. The sweep strip simultaneously extends the top and bottom. The rubber sealing strip on the side edge of telescopic panelcan seal the wall tightly to reach acoustic integrity.

We have been working on the design and production of sliding partition wall systems for many years.  Our acoustic sliding partition
wall is available in lots of finishes, such as fabric, wallpaper, laminated MDF, laminated particle board, natural wood veneer beech,

Our operable walls use proven tracking and trolley systems to ensure that they stack correctly and close smoothly.

Stacking:
Panel with double rollers can be stacked in a variety of positions. Panels with single roller may be parked to one or both sides of the opening.

Operation
The continuously hinged panels are pulled from their parked position to 'close' (or extend) the wall and pushed back to the parked position to 'open' (or fold)the wall. Final flat alignment of wall panels is assisted pneumatically by a gas piston located in the top track. A lever or recess handle is fitted to the lead panel and this combined with a vertical rebated profile provides the system with its pass door. The door is available with or without a lock cylinder.

Service process

1. The client provides architecture drawings and indicates the location and extent of the partitions/doors. We will make design scheme and quotation according to the customer's site and requirements.

2. The client confirms the design scheme and quotation. We will arrange production after payment received according to agreement.

3. We will clearly mark packages and panels with numbering systems used on Shop Drawings, Packed in accordance with international export requirements, assist the customer to contact the shipping company to send the package to the customer's designated address.

4. We will provide installation instructions and shop drawings: Show location and extent of operable partitions. Include plans, elevations, sections, details, attachments to other construction, and accessories. Indicate dimensions, weights,conditions at openings, and at storage areas, and required installation, storage, and operating clearances. Indicate location and installation requirements for hardware and track, including floor tolerances required and direction of travel. Indicate blocking to be provided by others.

5. Upon request at least two experienced installers can be sent to direct the installation, commission and operation. Related visa application, round-trip transportation expenses, accommodation and food during installation and labor cost for our installation specialists will be extra calculated. A construction team of 3-5 people and related scaffolding, cranes, elevator, and other needed tools for site installation should be provided.
 

6. Adjust operable partitions to operate smoothly, easily, and quietly, free from binding, warp, excessive deflection, distortion, nonalignment, misplacement, disruption, or malfunction, throughout entire operational range. Lubricate hardware and other moving parts.
 

7. Delivered to the clients after confirmed all smooth operation, project  perfect end.

FAQ:

1. How to install load-bearing beams or steel structure for support operable wall partition?

The operable partition wall is composed of a plurality of individual panels supported by an overhead track system. Due to the lack of
floor support or rail, the overhead track supports the full loading of the operable wall.

This is usually done by using pre-fabricated beams which are secured to the structure at a pre-calculated interval according to the
weight of the operable wall. The most common materials commonly used in overhead structures are steel or iron. The support steel
structure is built by others and we advise the weight of walls for reference.

2. How about installation of the acoustic operable walls?

We provide installation instructions and installation videos, so the installation is normally not included. As it's not cost effective to send
our team overseas to install. If the project is large and the customer accepts the installation fee, we can send our technician to guide
the installation.

3. What is the surface finishes?

Various finishes are available. The most popular surface treatment is melamine, laminates, wood veneer, paint and various wallpaper.
However, it is also possible to accommodate a more professional surface treatment such as sound absorption panel and perforated
board.  

4. What is lead time?
Depend on area Sqms. the lead time is 25 days to 90 days.

5. How about packing?
Corrugating paper packaging, MDF batten cover all around corner.
The movable wall panel and track, fittings will be packed separately.

6. How to transport?
Sea transport is a common mode of transportation.

1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer, our factory covers an area of about 12,000 square meters and the building area is more than 9,600 square meters.


2. Q: What is the price of the movable wall?

A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by square meters, prices vary widely according to thickness of walls and surface finish requirements. Therefore, for acurate quotation we need detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.


3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?

A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. 
The partition panels comes in different thickness, and different acoustic rating from 36db to 50 db depending upon the project requirement. We can provide panels with raw MDF or any type of finish such as laminate, veneers, white boards, fabric, pin-boards, painted surfaces etc to compliment your bilding environment and decor.

4.Q: How to install mobile partitions?  

A: We provide installation guide services or send technicians as required.  We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.


5.Q: What is your payment terms?

A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.

6. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

7. Q : What you should do on site?

A : A beam / support steel structure should built on site for track installation.The min distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 300mm.
