Heat insulation anti-fire glass door, the glass is double laminated fire-rated glass, has good heat insulation and sound insulation performance, fire-resistant time can reach more than 90 minutes.
Fire-resistant glass can keep more than 90 minutes none-bursting in up to 1000ºC flame.
Fire-resistant glass has not only good fire-rated performance, but also has high strength. In the same glass thickness, the fire-rated glass is 6-12 times stronger than fluoridate glass, 2-3 times stronger than tempered glass.
Using fire-rated steel frames, coupled with specialist fire rated glass, it has good heat and sound insulation, high transparency, max. size can be made to 1800mm×3000mm.
The door frame and door leave are made of high quality cold rolled steel, electric galvanized steel or stainless steel.
The internal filling of fireproof glass door is high quality aluminum silicate fiber with temperature resistance of more than 1200 degrees, and the surface is also electrostatic coated, equipped with the stainless steel fire lock, steel galvanized or stainless steel fire-rated hinge, bolts and other hardware, so as to meet the requirements of fire prevention, all the melting temperature is not less than 950 degrees.
Fire Rated Glass is made with multiple layers of toughened glass layered with fire-rated in-tumescent seals that react under the heat of a fire to create a fire-resistant barrier.
The thickness of the fire-rated glass is between 20-27mm for a single door and 20-28mm in a double door configuration.
The use of fire-rated doors allows essential fire exit routes to be protected from fire in the event of an emergency. Steel framing of fire-rated doors is extremely robust meaning that they are perfect doors for areas of high traffic where the doors will be opened and closed multiple times a day.
Steel framed fire rated doors can be designed with a thermally broken frame for external use or non-thermally broken for internal fire-rated doors.
Steel framed fire rated doors can be created in a range of opening configurations for use on different door openings including single doors, double doors or fire doors within a larger fire rated glass facade of frame-less fire rated glass of steel-framed.
These steel framed fire-rated doors are manufactured from thermally broken steel frames in either mild steel or stainless steel for a different aesthetic effect, but the same high performance for fire protection. The steel-framed doors can be finished in raw steel, galvanized steel or PPC in a choice of RAL colors.
Handle choice is varied with the metal pull handles bonded to the surface of the glass for a neat connection detail.
The steel framing of these fire-rated doors provide buildings with elegant door structures with low maintenance and a long-life expectancy. Installation notes:
- Fire-rated doors should be installed in accordance with the type of fire-rated door, adopt appropriate installation method.
- Fire rated doors frame can be fixed with the wall by expansion bolts, or the iron parts can be embedded when building the wall, and the connection pieces of the door frame must be welded firmly during installation.
- No matter how the door frame and wall are connected, each side should not be less than 3 anchorage points, and should be firmly connected.
- When installing the fire door, it should be corrected and adjusted in horizontal and vertical position.
- Flexible push-pull for sliding, easy to open and tightly closed.
- The handle, fire lock and other hardware accessories are complete.

Door frame: Use 1.2mm galvanized steel plate or stainless steel plate
Door leave: Use 0.8mm galvanized cold rolled steel, covered with 0.8mm thick 304#201# stainless steel, in the middle uses a large area of 26mm, 30mm thick laminated compound fire rated insulation glass, filled with alumina silicate fibre, which resistant heat for more than 1200 degrees temperature and density of 432kg/ m3. Cement mortar is poured and filled in the door frame during installation.
